Our Story
Welcome to Sushi @ Temple Records, a subterranean sushi den, where Sushi Chef Kenta Katagai serves nigiri, moriawase, sashimi, and makimono in around a custom 22-seat sushi bar made of Hinoki wood imported from Japan. Chef Kenta’s passion for Edomae-style sushi, a traditional Tokyo style, is apparent in his menu and presentation.
The design of the space was guided by the principles of Wabi Sabi, a Japanese design philosophy that embraces the beauty of imperfection.
